Every SerenePup order ships free — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

 

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

 

Delivery times (United States)

Calm Cloud Bed: 3 to 5 business days (ships from our US warehouse)

Enrichment accessories (mats, bowls, and snuffle toys): 5 to 11 business days

 

Ordering multiple items? They may arrive in separate packages a few days apart — at no extra cost to you.

 

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your ship notification, email support@serenepup.com and we'll track it down or make it right.

 

We currently ship to the United States only.
