30-Day Guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@serenepup.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

 

Other returns

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first and we'll provide the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
